Out of the airport.  Up to the hills and down to the creek with a pole.  Look what we got.  A rainbow.  Moss youtubed how to clean it, so we did.  Took it one step further and filleted it.  A first for both of us.  Then grilled it. then ATE it.  We gotta say, it was fancy restaurant quality.  Anybody says they don't like to eat trout, hasn't eaten like we grilled it over red oak with lime and lemon. Flaky yummy fresh and perfecto.  (the dials are venison sausage with cheese and jalapenos that Sam got us).
